Any active or associate member whose dues are not received on or before expiration of membership shall be rendered “inactive.”
 

Membership is terminated upon

(a) the determination of the Executive Board that the member has failed to observe the “Rules of Conduct” of the Association. [Refer to policy on “Rules of Conduct.”]  

(b) Any member terminated may be reinstated upon written request of the member and by an affirmative majority vote of the members of the Executive Board. [Refer to policy on “Majority Vote.”]
